This 285,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, directly above Tottenham Court Road station, completed in H1 2022. It comprised:

  • 1 Soho Place - 192,400 sq ft of offices and 33,100 sq ft of premium retail, known as One Oxford Street
  • 2 & 4 Soho Place (40,000 sq ft theatre pre-let to NIMAX and offices) - long leasehold interest sold for £40.5m before costs
  • New public realm linking Charing Cross Road to Soho Square

1 Soho Place has been retained by the Group and the offices are fully occupied by Apollo Group and G-Research. In Q1 2023 we announced that Uniqlo had taken the flagship retail unit of 22,200 sq ft.

Sustainability

In line with our net zero carbon targets, Soho Place has been designed with the highest standards of environmental design in mind.

One Oxford Street:

  • The building is supplied by renewable electricity and gas
  • 115 sq m of solar PV panels provide an onsite source of renewable energy
  • Enhanced sub-metering enable tenants to monitor their electricity consumption
  • The embodied carbon emissions of the building will be offset using verified schemes
  • Biodiverse brown roofs to support wildlife
  • All timber used to construct the building will be FSC or PEFC certified
  • Greywater from the building will be recycled
  • 402 cycle racks along with shower facilities to support sustainable travel
